Cancellation & refunds

Free cancellation up to 1 day before your trip: cancel at least 24 hours before the start date and time and we refund the full amount to the card or account you paid with.

Cancellations less than 1 day before the start, and no-shows, are not refunded.

To cancel, reply to your confirmation or contact us with your booking code. We confirm every cancellation in writing.
