The afternoon light is kind to Da Nang's mountains. This tour sets off after lunch for the Son Tra Peninsula, where the giant Lady Buddha stands in her bonsai garden above the sea, then heads south to the Marble Mountains.
Ngu Hanh Son – the Five Elements Mountains – are five limestone and marble hills lying close to the sea like five fingers. Climb to pagodas from Vietnam's last dynasty, slip into the Huyen Khong or Tang Chon caves and finish deep in Am Phu Cave before heading back to your hotel for the evening.
